The Facebook "The Photographic Group" are holding a Photographic exhibition for the month of April at Sharpes Pottery Museum Swadlincote, Derbyshire. This will be our second event in Swadlincote.

As well as our work on display around the walls, there is the 'Tank' for us to display some of our equipment. Old cameras, new cameras. Tripods of all types and sizes. This year we are hoping to add some of the recent technology to the collection, such as a drone. Lenses, filters and pretty much anything to do with camera use.

Last year, we took the exhibition to Burton Library. Unfortunately, there was no facility to display our equipment. This year, we want to expand our area of display to nearby towns and villages.

Field Sports UK

I did go to the Field Sports UK the following Sunday, The weather was not too bad, but some of the pathway were somewhat muddy and had to be roped of in the interests of Health & Safety. There was no activity as such, just us photographers with our cameras. On the whole, a pretty good morning was had

In general, had there been activities to follow my photos might have been more interesting. However, I shall return soon to shoot various activities, and then put some life into the images

OK so I'm not keeping up exactly with my blogging. I do have a life to live. Not done anything with my camera for days. Sunday was cancelled due to a weather forecast which although right but not quite, turned out better than expected. Yes, it did rain, but not heavy and not for long However the trip has been moved to next Sunday...Here's hoping
